Pure Preview
Plays your cut inside a real phone mockup, in your timeline, with the platform’s interface on top — so you find out that the like button covers your subtitle before you upload, not after.

Quick start
Open your source sequence.
Open the panel.
Window → Extensions → Pure PreviewPick a device and a platform.
Press Build preview sequence. A sequence named
Pure_<source>_<device>_<platform>appears, with your video playing inside the phone.
Your source sequence is never modified. The preview nests it, so it stays a live link — keep editing the original and the preview follows.

Each device and platform combination gets its own sequence, so building a second one never overwrites the first.

How your video sits in the frame is worked out for you, because the rule genuinely differs per combination. On a Z Flip 6, Shorts, TikTok and Reels letterbox top and bottom, while Xiaohongshu fills the frame and crops the sides. There is no toggle for this — it matches what the apps actually do.
Finding collisions
This is what the tool is for. Turn on the elements that cover your frame and check your titles against them.

Caption length. Text past the platform’s limit is truncated to an ellipsis, the same way the real app does it. If your caption is being cut, it would have been cut on upload too.
Multi View
Builds a 16:9 sequence showing several mockups side by side. Choose what you are comparing:

Only one audio track plays, so the copies don’t stack into noise.
Sending a still to a client
Export comp saves the current frame with the mockup composited over it as a PNG. Nothing in the timeline is touched, so it’s safe to do mid-edit.
Colour-managed projects
Invert fix (ACES) keeps the overlay’s whites accurate in a colour-managed project by inheriting the source colour setup. Working in plain Rec.709? Turn it off. Toggling it rebuilds that preview.
Language
Switching language changes the mockup’s own interface text as well as the panel — including how numbers are written, the way each market actually writes them: 88K · 8.8만 · 8.8万.
Removing it
Remove deletes the whole Pure_ bin — every preview sequence and every generated overlay. Your source sequence is left exactly as it was.
Troubleshooting
Load frame says the preview already has the UI baked in
You’re on the preview sequence. Switch to your source sequence and press Load frame again.
A red version warning
Quit Premiere Pro completely and reopen it. Restarting the panel alone is not enough.
Overlay track could not be created
Add a video track to the preview sequence and try again.
Sending a bug report
Press Ctrl + Shift + D to turn on debug logging, reproduce the problem, and attach a capture of the log to your ticket.
